DESIGN AND BUILD COLLABORATION
Unique to SAGO is the collaboration between the Sago Design team and Sago Build team. With both registered Architects and licensed Builders collaborating in the development of every project, SAGO Design ensures homes are not only beautiful but also buildable. From the initial concept phase through to the construction documentation, the design of a home is informed by how it goes together.
HOLISTIC DESIGN
The team of architects will coordinate all communications with local authorities as well other consultants such as engineers to ensure the design satisfies all standards and requirements.
A design response considers the client brief, the selection of sustainable and durable materials, passive house performance and interior design.
